| 03. Do you provide any premium services and about charges? Yes. We provide premium services too. For that we charge between $5 to $500. You can go through our packages on premioum sections for full details. |
| 04. How can I approach for premium design? You can submit your form with necessary details on your specified sections or write us with detailed informations about you and your needs by studio@gbgbu.com Our team always ready to serve you. |
| 05. Can I customize it or Do you provide free customization? Yes. You can customize according to your needs. And also we provide free customization only our designs posted here. For free customization, you must submit the form from online application which linked on an every design page. |
| 06. What are all the formats do you provide in free templates? We provide the formats of Adobe Photoshop(PSD), Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw(.CDR) and Others (JPEG, PDF) |
| 07. How many colors is the templates made in? Every templates is made in 1 color. (full color) |
| 08. What is the standard DPI/Resolution? The standard size should be 300. |
| 09. Should I inform you about files with incorrect size, color mode & resolution? Yes, that would be the best thing to do as it will help prevents other users from downloading the incompatible files. Do notify us and remember to include the filename. |
